Buyer visits and third-party inspections are both welcome. Tell us the date in advance so the sample room and the line you want to see are actually running that day.
Eight things that turn an enquiry into a quotation
You do not need all eight to write to us — send what you have and we will ask for the rest. But every one you include removes a round trip.
- The styleA tech pack, a reference sample, or a style code from this site.
- The quantityPer colour and per size, and whether this is a first order or a reorder.
- Fabric and colourComposition and weight if you know them; a swatch or Pantone number if you have one.
- Size rangeThe sizes you sell and your measurement table, or tell us to use ours.
- LabellingWhat goes on the neck label, the care label and the hang tag, and who supplies the artwork.
- PackagingPoly bag, box, belly band or none, and any carton marking you need.
- DestinationWhere the goods are going and which Incoterm you want quoted.
- TimingWhen you need the goods sellable, not when you need them to leave the factory.
Attachments that help: a tech pack, a measurement table, a swatch photograph with a ruler in the frame, your label artwork, and any reference garment photograph.
