Goods that cannot clear customs are not shipped goods. We prepare the paperwork as part of the order, not as an afterthought.
We ship from Xinxiang in Henan province, with access to the Zhengzhou air hub and the Qingdao and Shanghai seaports. Cartons are marked and packed to your specification, and the export documents are prepared against the terms agreed in the quotation.
What we prepare
- Packing list and commercial invoice against the agreed terms.
- Carton marking to your specification, including shipping marks, carton numbering and gross/net weights.
- Certificates of origin and any market-specific documentation your order requires, arranged with the relevant authority.
- Photographs of the packed cartons before the container is sealed, so you can see what left the factory.
Terms and consolidation
- We work to the Incoterm agreed in the quotation. Tell us which one you want quoted rather than assuming a default.
- For mixed orders, we will consolidate cartons where it reduces freight without putting pressure on the packaging.
- Sea, air and express are all available; the choice is a trade-off between freight cost and how fast the goods need to be sellable.

Shipping & Export — what buyers ask
Do you ship to Amazon warehouses?
Yes. Give us the warehouse code, the carton labelling specification and any pallet requirements, and we will pack to it. FBA labelling rules change, so send the current specification with the order.
Who handles customs clearance?
Your nominated freight forwarder or broker, unless we have agreed otherwise in writing. We supply the documents; the clearance entry is filed in the destination country by a party entitled to file it.
