What a buyer can ask us to show
Each of the following exists as a document or a record on a live order. Ask for any of them before you place one.
- Production record for the order, stage by stage
- QC checklist with the AQL level and defect classification used
- Certificate scope — what each document actually covers, and who holds it
- Needle-detection record for the lot
- Packing specification, carton marking and packing list
