Inline, end-line, and an AQL inspection you can attend.
Quality is not a final inspection bolted onto the end of production. By the time a defect reaches the packing table it has already been paid for twice.
We inspect at three points, because each point catches a different class of problem. Inline inspection catches a machine set wrong before it has produced a hundred panels. End-line inspection catches assembly errors while the garment can still be reworked. Final AQL inspection answers the only question the buyer actually has: is this shipment releasable?
The three inspection points
- Inline. Inspectors work the line, checking seams, needle damage and measurement drift as the garments are made.
- End-line. Every garment is checked off the line for assembly, trim application, symmetry and finish.
- Final AQL. A statistical sample is drawn from the finished, packed lot and inspected against the agreed AQL level and defect classification.
Baby-specific checks
- Needle detection to the order specification — a metal-detector pass after finishing, because a broken needle in an infant garment is not a quality issue, it is a safety one.
- Small-parts security: snaps, buttons and appliqués pulled to confirm they stay attached.
- Sharp points and edges on trims, zips and snap covers.
- Measurement verification against the approved size set, at the tolerance you set.

Quality Control — what buyers ask
Can we send our own inspector?
Yes, and we would rather you did on a first order. Third-party inspection is welcome at any stage; tell us the date so the lot is held and available rather than already packed into a container.
What AQL level do you work to?
Whatever your order specifies, and 2.5 for major defects is the common default for apparel. If you do not specify one we will propose a level in the quotation rather than assume it.
What happens if the inspection fails?
The lot is held. We either rework to the standard or remake, and the decision is yours before anything ships. Nothing leaves the factory on the assumption that a buyer will not notice.
