- Pattern making and grading
From your tech pack, or adapted from an existing block.
- Fabric sourcing and approval
Swatches and lab dips sent for sign-off before bulk.
- Sampling
Counter, fit, size set, pre-production — each one a gate.
- Cutting and sewing
With inline inspection running on the same floor.
- Quality control
End-line inspection, final AQL, and needle detection on every garment.
- Labelling and packaging
